Shipping & Delivery

Delivery time: 5-10 business days (orders placed on weekends ship on Monday).

If your delivery is delayed, don't hesitate to contact us.

Pricing

All prices are in SEK, including 25% VAT.

Prices may change if our suppliers update theirs or if errors occur.

Easy Returns

If you change your mind, no worries.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

Please email us at sales@scandinaviandiving.com with your order number and what you want to return.

Please send items back in original condition and packaging.

You pay for return shipping.

Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive your return.

We may deduct an amount if the item is used or damaged.

Note: We can’t accept returns on opened hygiene items, perishable goods, custom-made products, or digital content once it has been accessed.

Defective or Wrong Product?

We check every item before shipping—but if something goes wrong, we’ll fix it.

Email sales@scandinaviandiving.com immediately with your order number and a photo or description of the issue. We’ll cover return shipping and replace or refund the product if approved.
